Street Closures Are As Follows:

On the date your residence is directly impacted by the Asphalt Repairs…you can expect to have your street closed off that morning beginning at 7AM until 8PM the next day
(Subject to be closed overnight a second day if extenuating circumstances arise!)
Scope of Work
-
Complete Removal and Replacement of the Asphalt Pavement, the entire width and length of your streets
How The Work Will Be Performed And What Can You Expect
Complete Asphalt Replacement On Fairfield Rd, Valley Crest Rd, and Overlook Rd.
Your HOA Community has chosen to move forward with a complete removal and replacement of the asphalt pavement on these streets. This project will be completed in TWO PHASES, with PHASE ONE being completed in its entirety before beginning the work for PHASE TWO.
For each phase, on the first day, you will see large machinery being used to Mill out the pre-existing asphalt pavement to its full depth/thickness, full width, and entire length of the streets. The Large Mill Machine grinds up the asphalt and transfers the ground-up material onto dump trucks through a conveyor belt. The dump trucks then haul off the material to a legal dumpsite (same location as the asphalt material supplier furnishing the new asphalt to be installed). Once the asphalt is removed, subgrade preparation begins on that same first day in order to attain proper compaction prior to installing new asphalt material.
The second day is when the asphalt paving will take place. A large paving machine is filled by dump trucks carrying the HOT asphalt material and is placed over the prepped subgrade.
